The Devilish Doctrine Of Dr. David Regan

r. David Reagan is one of the pillars of the modern Rapture Cult in America, and his steadfast defense of the Antichrist doctrine is unlikely to cease until He stands in judgment for it on the last day.  Further, like all deadly deceivers, he has demonstrated he is able to reproduce his leaven, so those who become ensnared in his orbit are strengthened in their apostasy.

Hidden behind the hoopla of prophetic smoke in David Reagan’s 3 ring circus, is the fact that his training is in international relations – a form of political science – so there is no surprise in these quarters this false prophet is a tireless promoter of the Little Horn state of Israel, and the nascent globalist oriented political alignment, in which the racist state is scheduled to rise to unprecedented heights in the near term.

To rephrase that thought, with a background in government, history, and law, this PhD has learned to bring this knowledge to bear, and his efforts to persuade many to follow the Antichrist version of the gospel, have proven to be significant.

In analyzing David Reagan and the fashion in which he disseminates his false doctrine, we find he utilizes the same tactics as all deceivers, in that the Spirit of Antichrist is invariably identified as that Spirit which seeks to diminish the finished work of Christ on the cross. To ensure there is no ambiguity in that statement, I’ll confirm the intent, and bluntly state that Dr. David Reagan is a master practitioner of what British Christian C S Lewis called ”that hideous strength.”

A good example of this may be found by dissecting Reagan’s treatment of the so called Star of David. In this instance, the pretender penned an essay on the history of the flag of Israel, and its origins. Images of the six pointed star were woven throughout the Internet published essay.

Entitled “The Story Behind Israel's Flag Prophetic Symbol of Israel,” the concealed intent was to defend the embedded symbol, and shift the emphasis away from Christ, through a distortion of data, designed to evoke adulation for Israel’s supposed supernatural standing.

After reciting how Jews in Switzerland, America, and the newly declared state simultaneously came up with similar suggestions for the national flag of Israel, Reagan sought to shroud that occurrence in Spiritual mystery, when it was very predictable that Jews would suggest using the symbol that goes back to the days of Solomon.

Although the brunt of the writing (and its heading) focused on how the flag design came into use as the symbol of the nation, Reagan very subtly reinforced the six pointed star itself as a messianic symbol – when it is, in fact, an emblem of Satan.

After several pages of anecdotal notes on political history related to early Jewish settlements in the Middle East in the 19th century, Reagan the historian shifts to Reagan the Biblical exegete, and cites from a horrible translation of Isaiah 11 (The Catholic engineered New American Standard with 1995 “updates”) – claiming it is a prophecy of the flag, and that Isaiah predicted the return of the Jews to their ancestral home:

“Then it will come about in that day That the nations will resort to the root of Jesse, Who will stand as a signal for the peoples; And His resting place will be glorious." (Isaiah 11:10, NASB).

David Reagan then further hijacks this verse, which actually anticipates the reign of Jesus Christ, and tells us this proves

“…the design of the flag of Israel was prophesied by Isaiah over 2,700 years ago” (The Story Behind Israel's Flag Prophetic Symbol of Israel, Dr. David R. Reagan, lambandlion.org).

Thus, torturing Isaiah’s prophecy that Christ’s kingdom will impact all “the nations,” David Reagannot only replaces Christ with the Jews – the quintessential definition of the Spirit of Antichrist  – he cleverly tries to legitimize the effort by characterizing the fact that several people envisioned using the six pointed star on the flag as a supernatural move of the Lord!

“Was it just coincidence, or could it have been something supernatural in nature?” Reagan, (ibid.).

The devilish deceiver then ignores a veritable mountain of history, and applies the next portion of the prophecy to the Jewish regathering in Palestine in the 20th century. Worse yet, he assumes the text predicts this “gathering” will be a political movement, as opposed to the many Scriptures which speak of God gathering His saints in a Spiritual sense:

“This passage goes on to say that at this time, the Lord will regather the Jewish people a `second time’ (the first being the regathering from Babylon) from `the four corners of the earth’"  (Reagan, ibid).

Thus, Reagan leapfrogs over the arrival of Jesus Christ, including His entire life, ministry, death, resurrection, and establishment of the New Covenant, and applies the next part of Isaiah’s prophecy to the Christ rejecting Jewish nation – again inserting the Jews as the object of the prophecy – a process which replaces Christ with the Jewish people.

In fact, in one of the most egregious examples of Scripture twisting we’ve ever seen, David Reagan then completely obliterates the central intent of this important prophecy by claiming the “signal for the peoples” refers to the Star of David on the flag of the contemporary state of Israel!

To unravel this convoluted mess, we’ll again examine the text in question, but this time without the corrupt NASB, to say nothing of the reprobate David Reagan’s Jewish Supremacist slant.

For starters, the entire chapter is Messianic, as it predicts the work of the Saviour. Christians who read their Bibles, as opposed to those who listen to liars like David Reagan, know the Saviour was predicted to be the “son of David” back in I Chronicles:

“I will raise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy sons; and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build me an house [temple],   and I will stablish his throne for ever” (I Chronicles 17:11, 12).

This is why Christ was called “the son of David” – to say nothing of the fact that His salvation placed the Spirit of the LORD inside the believer, making us the temple of the living God:

“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the spirit of god dwelleth in you?” (I Corinthians 3:16).

Thus, when Isaiah predicts, in the very chapter in question, that a “Branch” shall grow out of Jesse (who was David’s father), we are obviously looking at a prophecy of Jesus Christ – the son of David:

“And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him…” (Isiaah 11:1, 2).

Fast forward to the Gospels, where we see JESUS fulfilling the last part of this verse:

The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, because he hath anointed me…” Luke 4:18).

As Isaiah’s 11th chapter unfolds, the rendering destroyed by David Reagan again references this “root” (verse 10) that is to “grow out of…Jesse” (verse 1), and it will “stand” – be  “raised up” -- as a sign which will draw the Gentiles – obviously an astonishing prediction of the momentous sign of the cross.

On an even deeper level, Isaiah’s astonishing prediction of a momentous “ensign” [read sign] – associated with the house of Jesse, must also refer to the greatest sign ever seen, the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

“This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet. For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth” (Luke 11:29, Matthew 12:40).

Isaiah’s amazing passage even predicts the calling of the Gentiles to that “ensign” of salvation, and it should be obvious that the sign the Gentiles are drawn to has nothing to do which a star flying on a political flag representing an earthly government.

“And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious” (Isaiah 11:10).

The final portion of the verse Dr. Reagan has defiled addresses “his rest,” and tells us it “will be glorious.” Remember, the only possible identity for the person who provides “his rest” is the aforementioned “Branch,” which the Word of God has already told us will “come forth…out of the stem of Jesse.”

The New Testament makes plain that Jesus Christ is our rest:

“For we which have believed do enter into rest…For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his” (Hebrews 4:3, 10).

As a result of this wonderful prophecy, it is just plain breath taking how far from the truth Dr. David Reagan has actually descended, as he seeks to show the modern state of Israel represents the chosen people of the LORD. This also helps to explain just why these liars defend the Rapture so vehemently – as it is very difficult to theologically engineer the Antichrist system of Jewish primacy, without some form of the Rapture doctrine.

In reviewing David Reagan’s objectives in this piece (which is but one of many articles on his website), we re-iterate the fact that he has intercepted a prophecy of the Messiah from the prophet Isaiah, severed its association with Jesus, the cross, and His resurrection, and applied it to the symbol of the flag of Israel in our “evil and adulterous generation” (Matthew 12:39).

In Reagan’s written article, which focuses on the flag (as opposed to the star itself), the deceiver’s slippery literary seduction has deftly inserted the so called Star of David as the “sign” which Isaiah foresaw.

Further, following the large body of Antichrist lies for the last two millennia, Reagan never questions the idea the triple six emblem (there are three, 6-fold elements in the star) is the fictional device dubbed the Star of David.

The fact is, there is not a single verse in the Bible positing such nonsense, but there are verses where the LORD rebukes the Israelites for adopting the Star of Moloch as their emblem; and those references provide the linkage connecting the modern six pointed star to the ancient symbol of Satan.

For instance, the prophet Amos tells us the LORD reproached Israel for this very act – connecting it, by name, to the planetary deities of the Gentiles:

“Have ye offered me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves” (Amos 5:25, 26).

This epic verse provides us with the following facts. There is a certain star, and it is an image associated with the heathen deities known as Moloch and Chun. It was made by the Israelites themselves, and they have “raised up” this “image” as early as the time of Amos.

Space considerations preclude a lengthy examination of this, but it is a well established fact the six pointed star was originally embraced in Solomon’s day – and it was known as a the Shield Of Solomon – an image which the heretical king thought protected him from evil spirits. Further, there is not a shred of evidence connecting this Satanic symbol to David.

Ironically, the dastardly David Reagan cited a Jewish authority in his article on the flag, who actually used the word “shield” to describe the symbol o n the flag – but that fact did not suit Reagan’s wicket agenda, so he ignored it:

“I ordered a blue and white flag with the Shield of David painted upon it. That is how the national glag, that flew over the Congress Hall, came into being” (David Wolffson, 1850-1914, cited by David Reagan, emphasis mine).

The fact is, Dr. David Reagan has encountered the truth about the star of Moloch before, as his essay on the flag seeks to relegate the truth to a faulty theory he connects to the Middle Ages:

“Many sources claim this symbol did not originate until the Middle Ages, but that is not true” (The Story Behind Israel's Flag Prophetic Symbol of Israel, Dr. David R. Reagan, lambandlion.org).

As a man with college degrees related to history, we note the Middle Ages are considered to be the years between 1154 and 1485 AD, whereas Amos goes back to 750 BC – a difference of about 2,200 years.

The connection between the occultic six pointedShield of Solomon in about 1,000 BC, referenced as an “image” by Amos in 750 BC (Amos 5:26), shows up in Ezekiel’s day, centuries later in the Jew’s exile in Babylonian times, as the “image of jealousy” which had penetrated the temple:

“And the spirit lifted me up ….to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provketh to jealousy” (Ezekiel 8:3).

About 600 years later, Stephen, the first Christian martyr, repeated Amos’ denunciation of the star, and was murdered for speaking the truth:

“Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them…” (Acts 7:43).

Thus, David Reagan’s pathetic attempt to slide the truth of the Satanic star into the “Middle Ages” is pathetic, as it demonstrates his intellectual dishonesty is intentional. The verse which tells us a tree is known by its fruits, comes to mind.

In conclusion,, there is a great deal more which could be said about Dr. David Reagan, as his theological footprint is relatively large. However, as a vessel of dishnour, the present author is more interested in exposing the Spiritual dishonor of Jewish Supremacism, as opposed to the portal through which the evil was disseminated.

That “dishonour” is the Spirit of Antichrist, and our evil and adulterous generation, already immersed in the long prophesied Falling Away, is in danger of eternal hellfire because of it.

Committed vessels of dishonor, such as the subject of the present essay, are a part of a larger cluster of what we’ve dubbed The Birds Of Babylon in another written examination.  While each and every one of those “birds”( including David Reagan) are  still breathing, they have the potential to hear the voice of the LORD – and to repent of their wicked ways. But here at the Christian Media ministry, we would suggest those expecting such an event should not hold their breath.

--- James Lloyd

James Lloyd has shown the work of the Spirit of Antichrist is manifested in a multitude of ways, notably externalized with the axiom which states, it is that Spirit which seeks to diminish the finished work of Christ on the cross. This subject is explored in his book THE SPIRIT OF ANTICHRIST.
