Stamping On The Stars: The Little Horn Part VII

tilizing the well documented phenomena of role reversals in prophetic parallelism, we note how this is a powerful indicator of the Jewish manifestation of the Little Horn at the end of the age. The Old Covenant era Little Horn, seen in the Seleucid quartet of kings of Antiochus I-IV, was clearly a Gentile dominion. Because this occurred during the time when the laws of Moses were premiere, as epitomized by the requirement of a physical circumcision of Israelite males, the Spiritual effort to “destroy wonderfully” (Daniel 9:24) on the part of the Little Horn power took the form of intense hostility towards the ritual.

As shown in a previous installment of the present exposition, “some of the host” (Daniel 8:10) submitted to a procedure to reverse the outward sign of circumcision, as they were to participate in the sporting events at the Greek Gymnasium in Jerusalem sans clothing, and they desired to be viewed as assimilated into the globalist worldview of the Greeks – as opposed to the separation from the Gentile nations the practice represented. This medical procedure is briefly alluded to in the New Testament:

“Is any man called being circumcised? Let him not become uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision? Let him not be circumcised” (I Corinthians 7:18).

In the parallel account, where the Little Horn reappears at the end of the Christian era timeline as the instrument of the Falling Away of II Thessalonians 2,  the grace of God in the salvation delivered by JESUS CHRIST must be opposed by its opposite -- a reversion to the legalism inherent in the Old Testament. Recognizing the principle of role reversals (Isaiah 29:16, Hosea 1:9), this plainly points to a Jewish manifestation of the Little Horn, and we see it in the Hebrew Roots movement, a broad based Spiritual current moving the Gentile dominated body of Christ towards the rigidity found in the Old Testament.

Indeed, we’ve already seen notable examples of modern Jewish Supremacists regurgitating the ancient lie that believers in Jesus Christ must be physically circumcised, in order to receive the gift of salvation.

“And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved” (Acts 15:1).

This reversion to all things Israelite has many variations, and circumcision is but a part of the widespread impulse to embrace elements of the Old Covenant, as a supposed part of the New Testament faith. As the Jewish people embracing Yeshua seek to re-assert their fleshly primacy through development of doctrine encompassing the historical reality of the Christian church, the movement seeks to characterize the Messianic Jewish move towards Yeshua as the inevitable fulfillment of prophecy – a dangerously faulty conclusion.

By claiming that Christ will inevitably save “all Israel” in the last days, the Messianic movement seeks to mingle the supposed primacy of physical Jewry with the Spiritual reality the all Israel that is saved is the body of Christ – to wit, “the Israel of God” (Galatians 6:16), which is already saved, as it is comprised of born again former physical Jews and Gentiles.

The ancient error of replacement theology (and its modern variant the Rapture Cult notion which supposedly rotates salvation between the so called “Church” and “Israel”) is prey for the Antichrist theology known as Two House. In this devilish system, the Messianic Jews claim the two houses of Israel and Judaea are prophesied to be rejoined under Messiah in the last days – and by redefining the Christian “Church” as “the house of Israel,” the Jews are able to take a leadership position via the political reality that is the modern state of Israel.

Thus, the emergence of the Antichrist inhabited Little Horn nation of Israel is being characterized as a magnificent move of end time’s prophecy, in a gross misappropriation of the Scripture which tells us “all Israel shall be saved” (Romans 11:26).

In reality, the prophecy which rejoins the Two Houses of Israel and Judah into one occurred at the cross. The prophet Ezekiel, utilizing the similitude of two sticks joined together, was also told the re-unified Israel would have one king who accomplishes this miraculous union:

“…thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, for Judah…then take another stick, and write upon it, for Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand” (Ezekiel 37:16, 17).

The LORD goes on to tell the prophet that He will gather the children of Israel “from among the heathen,” and they shall have one king – obviously Christ – but the prophet is also told that when this occurs, they shall no longer “defile” themselves, as the LORD shall “save them,” and will “cleanse them” from their sins.

As this salvation, and the righteousness of Christ which is imputed to all who turn to Him occurred at the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, the union of the “two houses” has already occurred. But the LORD removes any doubt concerning this, as He also tells Ezekiel the following:

“Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore” (Ezekiel 37:26).

This is clearly the New Testament, when God the Father “translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son” (Colossians 1:13) – even as He wrote the law in the heart of Spiritual Israel – and it occurred then, as opposed to now, in the generation which sees the Little Horn of Israel return. Thus, the attempt to create a new world order, with the Little Horn state of Israel at its apex, is engineered around the claim that when Christ stated it is finished as He died on the cross, he spoke prematurely.

Indeed, at the very heart of the Messianic claim of the Two House Scripture Twisters is the fact the Jews rejected Christ because He had not miraculously gathered all the physical Israelites back into first century Judaea. Thus, the very foundation of the Two House Heresy is the disbelief that Jesus IS the Messiah. Further, they expected Him to militarily throw off the yoke of the Romans, and restore Israel to what the reprobates considered their rightful standing.

In reality, the Judaea of Christ’s time was rotten to the core in the wake of the hideous apostasy of the Seleucid Little Horn, and Christ’s call to “come unto me” was actually their very last chance, in accord with the prophecy of Amos:

“And the Lord said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline [a measuring instrument]. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more” (Amos 7:7, 8).

At the heart of the problem is the misperception of the Kingdom of God – as Jesus told us from the very beginning, it is not of this world. Thus, the Jewish assumption of a physical primacy was invalid then, and it is fatally faulty now – but the effort to reinstate physical Israel as “the apple of God’s eye” (Zechariah 2:8), or the LORD’s supposed “timepiece,” actually isprophetically significant. However, those who believe that political Israel is comprised of the “chosen” when, in fact, it is the contemporary fulfillment of the Antichrist entity the Little Horn, are all on their way to the Lake of Fire.

Bible Prophecy has always stated there would be a massive departure from the truth towards the end of the age, but few recognize this process was foreshadowed in the Old Testament era (I Corinthians 10:11), shortly before the arrival of the New Covenant. The countdown of the prophesied kingdoms in the Christian era points to the re-emergence of the Spirit within the Little Horn– but this time, it is the Spiritual Gentiles (Revelation 3:9) which seek to seduce (read “cast down”) theSpiritual Jews (Romans 2:29) from their place as the host of heaven.
